So often in our life, we have hopes, dreams, and aspirations to live life in a different way.

A life filled with more love.

A life filled with more joy.

A life filled with more peace.

A life filled with more happiness.

A life filled with more connection.

Yet we hold ourselves back!

Innocently starving ourselves of that which we crave, which we seek, which we believe we have to look elsewhere or to someone else to achieve.

We believe the thoughts and feelings we have around a current situation are telling us the full truth of the matter.

We believe the thoughts and feelings we have around the current situation need something to happen to change.

We get caught up in believing there is a right or wrong way to look at a situation.

Yet in our current perception of our reality, there really is no need to seek a magic way to make everything right in our world.

It changes, it always does.

You are always enough – We believe in You!

At times we can be frightened to express our feelings, scared that our words will come out ugly and messy and instead of making things better they make things worse.

Huge feelings can come and wrap around us like a tight hand around our throat, stopping the ease of our breathing, every in and out breathtaking effort.

We don’t know what to do with them and so we store them away, deep down inside and hope they do not make their way back to the surface.

All in an innocent misuse of thought.

All because we are innocently misusing our thought.

All because we are believing the thought to be the truth-teller.

The motivation to look elsewhere.

The drive to keep us down.

Our world is constantly changing, sometimes in ways, we do not notice until we stop and take stock, sometimes in breathtaking episodes we believe we can never get through or past.

Yet we do, we always do

You are always enough – We believe in You!

Life is ever-evolving, we are ever-evolving, connections made, connections broken, perceptions only ever a snapshot in time.

The people we love, we do so because of the story we create around them, the lens we use at the moment when they are in our awareness.

The people we do not get on with, we do so from the same source, the stories we create from the lens we are using when they are in our awareness.

The changing relationships with ourselves and others, happen because the invisible lens we wear is ever-changing.

The people we once loved are the same people.

The situations we once struggled with, can always look different.

When we see with fresh eyes everything changes and it is at that moment we get to decide the next steps.

We can make excuses and blame others.

We can pretend we had no part to play.

We can speak up with honesty.

You are always enough – We believe in You!

We are amazing creations, designed to experience the vast array of sensations – to have an ever-flowing waterfall of thoughts – to be able to store huge amounts of information, for recall in an instant – to love with a passion – to evolve – to express – to share – to covert – to have human times – to have spiritual times – to be caught up – to fly free.

No matter what.

You are always enough – We believe in You!
